So lets say for whatever reason on a planet two hives grow to a size where they meet. Do they fight? Do they team up? Do the Queens fight for superiority?

Whooooooo-boy!!! Hot alien lesbo porn!

Seriously, they would never meet. They'd be too busy doing what they do best: makin' eggs. Now, the regular adult aliens would be more likely to meet up and they'd most likely beat the ever-lovin' shit outta each other.

This. This is what nature shows us would happen. The queen's would be fighting for dominance over the territory and hosts.

Jesus Christ.

Nature shows me two dogs sniff each other's asses when they encounter each other. Do you not think that seems more likely?

superdeathpredator

I think there is a comic with two queens fighting, but Im not sure if its canon

Kriszilla

Aliens aren't ants, they aren't from earth, they might not even be naturally evolved organisms.

So giving 'ant hives fight' as a reason for aliens doing the same is crap.

There is no in-film evidence to show what aliens from seperate hives will do when they meet.

I think how they'd act really depends on what the aliens' origins are.

If they were actually engineered for use as weapons, they probably wouldn't fight, as it would be counter-productive to the aim of destroying the life they have been seeded amongst.

However, if they evolved, it seems much more possible that they would fight between hives, for hosts, land or whatever else they might want.

They'd shake hands and then take a cup of tea together.

ShadowStalker

They would just sit there and talk about there day

Huol

Talkin bout shoes and make up and that hot drone down by the south egg pit.

Crainy

They will fight for the hosts. Because both queens will want their children to live on.
