Anyone could probably eat during a gory movie now. It's most likely due to that most people have grown up with films like Predator, Aliens, Friday The 13th, A Nightmare On Elm Street, Texas Chainsaw Massacre, Halloween, Romero movies, ETC. So people aren't really bother as much by gore anymore and I dare say that someday people will probably be able to eat during Saw, The Hills Have Eyes Remakes, Hostel, Passion of the Christ, ETC. I mean, Hell, I watched Jason Lives during lunch. And Aliens with breakfast.

My grandparents are visiting for the week...  I caught my grandpa watching IFC, just for the hell of it...  They were playing Dead Alive.  I asked what he thought of it later and he was like "That was AWEFUL!  Boy I've never seen so much blood and guts in my life...  Somebody's got a sick mind..."  Then I proceeded to tell him that it's an earlier work of the Lord of the Rings director and he was shocked.

I told my parents "Yeah, I think grandpa's seen the goriest film I'VE ever seen..."  (They know that means something...)

Yeah I love that scene. I think the funniest scene is with the zombie baby at the park. That had me laughing so hard.
