Well, if you are talking about AvP:E, (this should be in the AvP:E section) then I prefer the Ravager, fro it's brute force, if not I prefer the Warrior, for it's head design.

I like the runner the best for its sleek and interesting way of creeping up on opponents more so than even the regular Xenomorphs.
