I prefered the Queeen from Aliens, it was much sneakier than the Tyranosaurus incarnate Queen in AVP. It was also the first to be seen, and it seemed more Queen like to the aliens.

Definatley the Aliens queen. The queen made her first appearance in that film and at first look makes for a scarry situation being that Ripley and Newt were deep into her territory.
