AvP Requiem Predator Weapons & Equipment

Shoulder Cannon
During his investigation of the crashed Predator ship, Wolf picks up another Shoulder Cannon from one of his fallen comrades. There seems to already be an attachment for a second on his plasma pack as he easily attaches the new gun in preparation for ‘the clean-up’. A second Cannon obviously makes it much easier to take out enemies from a distance.

Razor Whip
When Wolf receives the distress call one of the weapons he picks up and new to the franchise is the whip. Although not stated in the movie, the directors have said that it is in fact made out of Alien tails which is the reason the blades easily split the creatures in half and are unaffected by the acid.

Hand Cannon
At the movies end, Wolf detaches his last Shoulder Cannon and changes it into a pistol-like form. It’s possible this is because he is going into confined corridors (hospital) and can aim and manoeuvre better with this version of the gun.

Collecting Syringe
In order to effectively search the escapee Facehuggers, Wolf takes a sample of liquid from a smashed stasis tube using a never before seen syringe. After injecting it into his wrist computer, he can then see the Facehugger tracks in the surrounding environment. This search eventually leads him to the sewer’s where the Facehugger have begun breeding.

Laser Trap
When he first enters the sewer’s, Wolf deploys yet another new weapon. Throwing these strange, triangular shaped objects at the concrete walls, they quickly screw themselves in and lights appear from them. He places many of these in the tunnels and we find out later that these are traps for the Alien’s, deadly red lasers that cage them in with the hunter, allowing to space to escape and set ambushes.It’s shown that the laser’s this thing emits are incredibly powerful as it spits an unfortunate Alien clean in half.

Emitter Vision
In order to see the traps he places around his first battle arena, Wolf uses a different kind of vision that shows the tunnel structure of the sewer and each laser trap he places.

Power Glove
In order to get through tough obstacles and stay one step ahead of the Alien’s, Wolf uses a new addition to Predator equipment the ‘power glove’. This glove which is fused just under the wrist computer can smash it’s way through just about anything, allowing Wolf to quickly get back on track on his pursuit of the Alien hoard.
