Yo that facehugger is pretty great actually. The NECA one is fun to flop around, but it's a shame it doesn't latch onto your face. I hope they mass produce that thing. It looks kinda cheapish anyway.

I just ordered.  I can always use a shirt and the "life size prop replica" has me intrigued.

It's also officially lisenced and I want to give Fox more money for this movie.  I've seen it twice and when I go to Wonder Woman on my day off, my girlfriend and I will also be buying tickets to Covenant again just to throw more money at it.

I'm new around here, so I probably missed the thread if it existed before.

Did anyone get the Aliens Loot Crate from about a year ago? I believe it would have been around Alien day last year. I got it, some of the items were very good (the hardback Aliens graphic novel, the t-shirt, the facehugger eggs) other items were middle of the road to meh. It was about the same price as the box here, it was probably worth it, but just about.

The Alien box is a one off box, It's the only fully licensed box Fox are doing for Covenant.

So what I mean is you can only order 1 box, you wouldn't be subscribing if you are buying the Alien box.

Ok about the alien on the cover... where did that come from? I always thought that was just some random fan art and not a professionally made piece?

? Its also a cover of the Art and Making of Alien Covenant book

It was a non-commissioned piece (a practice run if you will) by one of Covenant's concept artists, Dane Hallet.

So essentially fan art that got officially adopted.

I know I was just expressing my surprise at the fact that whiterabbit wasnt aware of it, considering that its a cover of Making Of book
Oh, I thought that picture was just a place holder for the book tbh. I hadn't bothered getting around to ordering it because I thought it looked like, honest opinion here, shit. Which is why I am shocked they used it for the box cover.

 I hated it at first too, but then I thought it looked a bit like the DaVinci drawing which fits the vibe of the movie, so I dig it now
Oh. Damn. It does kind of look DaVinci. I can see the merit now but I still find it an odd choice for the box art.
