Sega has just released a new trailer for Aliens: Colonial Marines. In this new video we can see the Alien Queen in action, a power Loader fight and much more. Make sure to check it out below or download it here. In related news, IGN will be hosting a preview community event for the game on Feb 4th. You can find all the details here.
On this, i'm pretty certain that as far as the campaign is concerned, and Co-Op aside, it'll be more COD than Left 4 Dead, which is sad to say, honestly.
I mean if the multiplayer mode is good, I won't care. 'Evac' looks excellent.
Same here, although it remains to be seen how A:CM will turn out.
Dude...

"The Right Stuff"? Ya know? Broke the sound barrier?
You talking about the game, or the man?
Man, I remember how innovative stuff like 'Chuck Yeager's Air Combat' used to be... Makes me feel strangely old to realise how most people on the Internet have never even heard of it.
Then again, I got to witness the glorious cinematic triumph of Luke Skywalker fighting it out with Bagpuss in 'Wing Commander 3', too.
... And some of us would just like an actual attempt at the tension and fear of the movies transferred into the dynamics of a game. the dynamics part being the area of emphasis. The reason this game won't be as good as it could have been for me simply comes down to the over use of scripted sequences and over linearity. AVP 99 was linear, but the AI was basically set loose in the halls to do as it wanted. With the improvements in computer power, and what we've learned of AI in the decade plus change since then, I can only imagine what that same kind of scenario could allow aliens to do.
Sorry to disappoint.
I want it to be flamboyantly apocryphal.
The only thing that matters is what you want.
(I'm telling Noah about the flood.)
Who wants either of those things?
A:CM could never realistically fit within every fan's ideal wet dream. Some fans want to beat down the aliens like wimps in a bar brawl while other fans believe the aliens are invincible creatures that craft fine art and fly spaceships after they mature. What do you want from an aliens game?
Why bother with figuring things out for yourself when you can just play tag along with the cynics?
M'kay, buddy. Have fun with that.
Opinions can sometimes be wrong. Such is the case here.
Since you've continually missed it, my opinion holds no more weight than anyone elses. But it is flattering that you think it does.
^Factual statement.
I rest my case.
Were that the case you wouldn't be dribbling and moaning on about 'why is your opinion more important?' Try harder.
Anyone with more than half a brain, can see the premise is bullshit.
The trick, William Potter, is not minding that it's bullshit.
Same over here.
I'm not denying that the story looks a little sketchy, but I really am keeping an open mind about it. But Multiplayer is going to be my main focus anyways.
The campaign will run from 8 February, ahead of the game's release on 12 February across Xbox 360, PC and Playstation 3.
Totally going to kick sand in yer face and run off with them.
I'm being a facetious prick. Don't worry, I meant nothing personal by it.
Though it comes from a bit of resentment. I think some people are all too willing to keep an open mind irregardless of a lot of the WTFREDFLAGS going up. Of course, the opposite is entirely true. Some people just like to hate things.
I try not to be either, but usually end up in one camp or the other anyway.
That would be a full mouth, but, yes, we should have an idiot contest.
Oh. That's... Oh.
...I'm gonna go play with my Kenner Aliens figures and pretend i'm seven again...
Are we doing an idiom contest?
What exactly do you mean by that, friend?
Empty wallet, open mind.
Seen a good amount, actually.
'ken oath.
When a guy who came up with the nonsense that is the plot of Colonial Marines disowns the trailer - pretty good indication.

I'm gonna decide not to hate or love the story until I actually play it.
I hear nothing but noise that makes my ear drums weep.
Yeah right, brostep is sub-genre of dubstep.
1.
G-Funk is sub-genre of rap.
G-Funk = rap.
Rap rox.
2.
Brostep is sub genre of dubstep.
Brostep = dubstep

Music is good, this is important!
You've not seen much, have you?
'ken oath.
